Boyer Young Development Company was co founded by Tim Young and Mark Boyer and incorporated in May of 1999. This year starts our second decade of service to the metropolitan area. Tim Young and Mark Boyer have a combined experience of over 60 years of real estate and developing ground in the metro area. Boyer Young Development Company provides state of the art, correctly built, high percentage, walk out, home sites with amenities that today’s lifestyles demand. With 22 subdivisions and over 5000 home sites and commercial sites already developed. Boyer Young Development Company creates a lifestyle that people today are looking for, from beautiful treed home sites with spectacular views to the calm serenity of several water features that homes back up to and enjoy, to elementary schools in almost every subdivision for the simple security of families seeing their children walk to school within the subdivisions.
Boyer Young Development Company has development commercial retail centers and are expanding into more commercial opportunities in today’s environment. The Boyer Young Development Company owners have held real estate brokers licenses since the mid 70’s and take building subdivisions very seriously. With calculated master planning for today as well into the future. Boyer Young Development Company works very closely with the best custom builders in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. They are members of the real estate MLS (multiple listing service) and Nebraska Real Estate and Metro Omaha Area Builders Association which bestowed upon Boyer Young Development Company the Developer of the year award.

With our flagships development of Iron Horse east of the Mahoney State Park and The Hamptons sitting high on the ridge of the Elkhorn River, situated in a 100 year old oak tree setting.
Both Co-owners were born and raised in Omaha and have extensive knowledge of the inter-workings of the local and state and political landscape. They also have an interest in association with Keller Williams Greater Omaha Real Estate Company, Premier Land Title Company, and other businesses associated with the real estate industry.
